For over 30+ years, O'Neill and Brennan has fostered a culture of social value and to formalise our efforts, we've launched a Social enterprise, Evergreen.
Evergreen's mission is to bridge the gap between underserved communities and the construction industry, by providing employment opportunities, support and training.
Through Evergreen, we will create a more diverse workforce, whilst helping clients meet their social enterprise spend and social value targets.
A social enterprise is a business that prioritises social or environmental goals, reinvesting most of its profits into its mission, such as reducing inequality or promoting sustainability.
Social Enterprise UK, a leading body, supports this global movement and has approved Evergreen as a member. These businesses are independent, transparent, and trade-based, working to create a fairer, more sustainable economy.
Our approach not only transforms the lives of individuals we support but also generates positive effects on local communities, the economy, and the environment.
Our goal is to uplift individuals while contributing to overall societal progress, fostering a more robust and resilient community.
