As a Community Interest Company (CIC) and a subsidiary of the O'Neill & Brennan Group, we are dedicated to creating meaningful employment opportunities. Our mission is to foster social inclusion and community development by integrating individuals from diverse backgrounds into the construction workforce.
Our Mission: At Evergreen, our goal is to bridge the gap between underserved communities and the construction industry. We focus on empowering prison leavers, care leavers, military service leavers, and other underserved communities by providing them with tailored training, support, and employment opportunities. We believe that by investing in people, we can drive positive change both within the industry and in the broader community.
