Over the past number 5 years, we have trained 650+ operatives via our 'Construct a Career' program.
This involves providing a fully funded training and employment program for 'career changers', including the unemployed, ex-armed forces type.
We provide them with 2 weeks of training to achieve their One day Health and Saftery awareness certificate, to sit their CITB test and CSCS Card (fully paid for)
