Constructing Futures is a social value initiative working to support individuals from prison resettle back into work.
Platinum Plus+ Employer.
Both O'Neill and Brennan, and Evergreen are recognised by the Ministry of Justice and the New Futures Network as a "Platinum Plus+ Employer’" for our work in supporting prisoners gain employment opportunities through the ROTL (Release on Temporary Licence) program.
Our team work closely with prisoners during the last 3 years of their sentence to help them gain work placements and over the past 2 years we have provided employment opportunities to over 350 ROTL operatives.

Our goal is to work with individuals as early as possible, helping them secure training and qualifications to get them ready for work

We help them secure a work placement on construction sites with like-minded contractors, which in turn helps support the operative to reintegrate back into society.

Offering support to offenders in helping them find employment.

At a time when labour availability is at its lowest number in years, this is proving to be a valuable new resource stream to deal with current industry problems.
