Proactive Approach.

We recognise the need for a shift in the construction recruitment industry to attract and retain a more diverse workforce, and we actively support this.

Our proactive approach has led to over 200 women on site each week in roles like Traffic Management, Plant Operations, Logistics, Gatekeeping, Hoist Operations, and General Labouring.

As former Gold Members of 'Women into Construction' before it ceased trading, we remain fully committed to its ethos, which continues to guide our practices.
